1. NATURE OF SERVICE - IMPORTANT DECLARATION

This data serves as a mathematical reference point for measuring prediction success rates and is not used for facilitating, encouraging, or supporting any gambling activities.
  • Prediction Tracking Only: Users record their personal sports predictions for analytical and entertainment purposes. Any predictions made are personal records with no monetary value.

2. Service Description

PicksLeaderboard provides the following services:

  • Prediction Recording: Tools to log and track your personal sports predictions
  • Performance Analytics: Statistical analysis of prediction accuracy and success rates
  • Leaderboard Rankings: Comparative rankings based on prediction performance metrics
  • Data Access: Access to historical prediction data and analytical insights
  • Statistical Reference Data: Publicly available market odds data used exclusively for calculating prediction accuracy percentages

3. SUBSCRIPTION FEES - NOT GAMBLING FUNDS

All payments collected through our platform are subscription fees for premium data access and analytics services. We explicitly clarify that:

  • Service Subscription Fees: Payments are for accessing premium features, advanced analytics tools, and enhanced data visualization services.
  • NOT Gambling Funds: We do not accept, hold, or process any gambling stakes, wagers, or betting funds of any kind.
  • Data Access Only: Your subscription grants you access to premium data insights, historical statistics, and advanced analytical features.
  • No Financial Returns: Subscriptions do not entitle you to any form of gambling winnings, financial returns, or monetary rewards beyond access to our data services.

4. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

5. PUBLIC DISPLAY OF PREDICTION DATA

⚠️ MANDATORY DISCLOSURE: By creating an account and using PicksLeaderboard, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

  • Your prediction records, performance statistics, username, and ranking may be publicly displayed on leaderboards visible to all users and website visitors.
  • Your personal prediction data may be used for comparative analytics and platform statistics.
  • High-performing users may receive increased visibility through featured placements on public leaderboards.
  • Once prediction data is submitted, it contributes to platform analytics and may remain in aggregated statistical forms even after account deletion.
  • If you do NOT consent to the public display of your prediction records and performance data, you must NOT use PicksLeaderboard.

6. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

6.1 No Investment or Gambling Advice

PicksLeaderboard does NOT provide, recommend, or endorse any form of gambling, betting, or investment advice. Specifically:

  • We do not guide, instruct, or encourage users to engage in gambling activities
  • We do not recommend specific predictions, wagers, or betting strategies
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or success of any predictions
  • Platform statistics are for informational and entertainment purposes only

6.2 No Liability for Gambling Activities

We expressly disclaim all liability and responsibility for any gambling, betting, or wagering activities you may choose to engage in. Any decisions you make regarding gambling are solely your own responsibility. PicksLeaderboard shall not be held liable for:

  • Any financial losses incurred through gambling activities
  • Decisions made based on prediction data or statistics displayed on our platform
  • Any consequences arising from your gambling activities
  • Legal issues related to gambling in your jurisdiction

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any predictions, statistics, or data displayed on our platform. All information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6.4 Third-Party Data Sources

Market odds data and statistical reference information are obtained from publicly available third-party sources. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy of this data and use it solely for mathematical calculations in our analytics.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use PicksLeaderboard to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities
  • Manipulate or artificially inflate prediction statistics
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limitations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use automated tools or bots without authorization

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on PicksLeaderboard, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and data compilations, are owned by PicksLeaderboard or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions grant access to enhanced data analytics and features. Key terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless cancelled
  • Fees are for data access services only, not gambling funds
  • Refund policies are subject to our discretion and applicable laws
  • We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with notice
  • Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect our platform or other users.

11. Limitation of Liability
